2025 Impact Report / Celebrating 30 Years
Dear Friends,
As we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Foothills
Conservancy of North Carolina, this moment invites
us to look back with gratitude and look forward
with purpose. Three decades of land protection,
stewardship, and community partnership is no small
milestone, and it belongs to every person who has
believed in the promise of this work.
This year, we chose a special way to honor that
legacy: a 30-minute documentary 昀椀lm that tells the
story of who we are, where we began, and why this
work matters now more than ever. Throughout this
impact report, you will see quotes and photos from

voices, landscapes, and memories that shaped our
organization and continue to guide our mission.
